FootyBite respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and the EU Copyright Directive.
What we publish
FootyBite is an editorial guide. We publish kickoff times, broadcaster information and short editorial commentary. We do not host, link to, embed, distribute, describe or otherwise facilitate access to unauthorised streams of copyrighted football matches.
If you believe content on FootyBite infringes your copyright
To file a DMCA notice or equivalent takedown request, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your contact details (name, postal address, email, telephone).
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on footybite.video where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond within 48 hours of receipt of a complete notice. If we agree that the content is infringing, we will remove it. If we disagree, we will explain why and propose an alternative resolution.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address ([email protected]) including the corresponding information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
FootyBite does not host user-generated content and does not run user accounts. The repeat-infringer policy is not operationally relevant to our publishing model.
