Terms of Use
Last reviewed:
1. Acceptance
By accessing FootyBite at footybite.video, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Editorial nature
FootyBite is a static editorial publication. It provides information about legal football broadcasters and their published schedules. Nothing on FootyBite constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to purchase any specific subscription. Pricing and schedule information is provided in good faith and dated; readers should verify directly with the broadcaster before purchasing.
3. No live streams
FootyBite does not host, link to, embed, distribute, describe or otherwise facilitate access to unauthorised live streams of copyrighted football matches. Any URL on footybite.video that points to a broadcaster’s site is provided as a reference to that broadcaster’s official product.
4. Intellectual property
All editorial content on FootyBite — text, layout, photographs, illustrations — is copyright of FootyBite Editorial unless explicitly credited otherwise. You may quote brief excerpts under fair use or fair dealing with attribution; you may not reproduce whole articles without permission.
Broadcaster names (Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Amazon Prime Video, BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Premier Sports, DAZN, NBC Peacock, USA Network, Paramount+, Apple TV+, ESPN+, Univision, TUDN, Fubo, TSN, RDS) are trademarks of their respective owners. FootyBite uses these marks in their ordinary informational sense to identify broadcaster services and makes no claim to any commercial relationship with them.
5. No warranty
FootyBite is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of kickoff times, broadcaster allocations or prices, all of which are subject to change by the broadcaster. We strongly recommend confirming details with the broadcaster before making a purchase decision.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootyBite Editorial, its operators and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
